Collect necessary data and check standard form (sketches, measurements, & client requirements) for
the project.
Site Sketch up preparation as required for Site Acquisition.
Conduct site measurements to prepare any necessary draft drawings/documents for technical site
survey report and building permit report.
Submit the Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR) to the client or any party concerns for approval.
Check all the approved drawing data and incorporated this information into drawing
Execute the standard drawing in details for the project/site construction.
Performs all necessary calculation for materials estimated as required.
Provide technical assistance during the construction process as required.
Review the drawing specifications with Civil Work department if any changes are necessary. Prepare
as-build drawing by reflecting all changes made in thedrawings.
Execute particular tasks assigned by Management.

measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
