Duties And Responsibilities:
Preparation and maintaining documentation of daily work schedule,
daily work return, look ahead plan etc... And ensuring effective
project tracking system at site
Coordinate with client for necessary approvals and work permits at site
level to carry out site work
Execute the Architectural finishing (FOH) work as per approved (AFC)
drawings & construction schedule and work method
Setting out survey work in accordance with the drawing drawings
and specification
Coordinate on a daily basis with the subcontractors, and assist in the
preparation work requisition for the subcontracted work
Coordinate with the quality personnel to carry out all inspection &
testing as per ITP & check list and take necessary corrective action as
required if any
