Letter of Recommendation for Max Eicher
It is a genuine pleasure to recommend Mr. Max Eicher,
distinguished, hard working student, active volunteer organizer,
entrepreneurial practitioner and outstanding contributor to his
schooland community. As his management professor, a former
Accenture executive, chief talent officer, and as an organizational
psychologistI can appreciate what high potential talent looks
like….and he is it!
I have had the unique opportunity to see Mr. Eicher up close in
how he has functioned within both a large class setting and in
small group learning exercises. He brings high quality standards,
and a results orientation - on multiple fronts.
I have known Max for a relatively short period of time as his
Foundations in Management Professor. However, during this time,
he has distinguished himself amongst his many classmates as one
who is highly participative, practical, thoughtful and curious as we
discusseda variety of complexcase scenario’s, trends and
industry challenges (from a competitive, operations and market-
facing perspective). His keen observations and probing questions
drove deeperinsights and applications for more fruitful, high value
conclusions. I believe these are all qualities that will serve him well
as an aspiring consultant and business executive.
Additionally, it seems to me that his internships, other employment
engagements,mentoring and entrepreneurial efforts have
demonstrated a theme towards leadership, client service and
value capture. Through our ongoing discussions, Max’s lived
values and principles toward service and impact where it matters,
appears foundational in his efforts to make a difference and in
mobilizing support and interest for a greater good.
2. Letter of Recommendation:Mr. Max Eicher

As someone that has beenan executive for 35 years in five G1K
(Global 1000)companies and having built leadership benches,
talent pools,and a $1B LOB / product portfolio,I believe Max has
the same aptitude to grow into a real business leader. He is a
bright, quick, energetic, engaging individual with a mature
approach in addressing people and organizational issues. I
strongly recommend Mr. Max Eicher for your consideration,as I
believe any faith invested in him would be amply rewarded in time.
