We are in the erection business…We give men erections.
And we are damn proud of it. Our day is exciting knowing men around
the world are getting great erections for great sex because of our work.
Might as well tell you right now. You are going to work around
erections in a medical facility all day.
Yup, you are gonna work around a bunch of dicks all day long.
But don’t worry if you are a female, you won’t see the erections.

We are a medical facility. Staffed by licensed medical professionals. We

Our patients know our team is going to be there for them.

We are a medical facility, which means we are bound by HIPPA.
All of our files have to properly and accurately kept to provide the best
possible patient care in the world.
The patients will hear the same thing from every staff member,
because they are trained and are accurate.
Staff isn’t making things up, but taking the time to understand the
situation and solve the problem.

We are a team, not a family. In a family, you have to put up with jerks,
or underperformers because, well, they are family. Think drunk Uncle
Joe. You can put up with him twice a year if needed, but you wouldn’t
want to work with him.
In a team, everyone has a job, they strive to execute it better every
single time, to make the team shine. Not for personal glory.
We are like a pro sports team. Always training, education and looking
for the right person for the right job, to do it better.

the mission of the clinic.

or feel bad.

punch in and get after it.

If you mess up, you admit it, without laying blame at others.
If a piece or equipment isn’t working or we are out of stock of
something, you work to fix it immediately.
You don’t say ’it’s not my job’.

• Don’t blame the government, society or their parents for how their
life is or isn’t.
• If things aren’t the way they want them to be, they work to be part of
the solution, not the problem.
• Realize there is someone out there with the answer or you can
Google the solution.
• Look at ways to help the team perform better, with humility, grace
and passion.
