CEO - RevelatioN Entertainment Marketing Consultant
Following an absence from the Entertainment business, I am currently working on a
project with the former Licensing Director at Manchester United.
ICONSZONE is a series of apps relating to top-flight footballing celebrities, giving the
consumer access to the players 24/7 through a “one-stop shop” for all their Social Media
feeds, interviews, games, retail opportunities and “player-related” betting.
The latter (betting) is my area and I am working with a number of well know
Bookmakers to form Joint Venture Partnerships with the individual talent. This involves
the creation of presentations, Marketing plans, Licensing and Affiliate deals, as well as
an element of Sales and Sponsorship.
However, this is interim and I am looking to return to a permanent position as soon as
possible.
2. May 2009 – August 2011 Marketing Consultant
Acting as a Marketing Consultant working with International contacts and colleagues on
a variety of projects around children’s and family entertainment.
I worked on small, localised brands from the teens and pre-school toy area, creating
strong in store promotions and presence with retailers and I was also responsible for
creating edutainment and Key stage presentations to support these brands
In addition, I worked with Centrelane Attractions on a live event/attraction called
“Animagic”, a stunning show covering all aspects of animation, from Remote Control
cars to 20ft dinosaurs. My role here was to present to Casinos and venues throughout
Las Vegas. (Circus Circus took it)

Hamleys Head of Global Marketing
Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of five, the Marketing and PR team was
responsible for supporting all areas of the business; Buying, Merchandising, Visual and
Operations. In addition to the central office, it was my duty to oversee activities in all
other stores and build both territory-specific and International campaigns. Outside of
the marketing arena, I oversaw the PR function dealing with both product and store
events. I also played a key role in forging commercial relationships, Licensing programs
for the 250th Anniversary and multiple JV’s.

Taken on to drive forward the company’s flagship website www.viewlondon.co.uk and
lead the roll-out of 20 further UK sites. Accomplishments:
Haven Holidays
Part of Bourne Leisure, Haven Holidays is the UK’s leading chalet holiday company. I
was asked to re-brand their children’s characters in order to enhance the kids offering
and create a platform for them to attract a wider audience.
Developed and scripted characters for animated format. (DVD sold 20,000 units
compared to 4,000 from original format)
Attracted and negotiated deals with new licensees to produce a wide range of
related product. (13 new manufacturers netting and additional £250,000 in year
one)
Completed a strategic partnership with ZSL (London Zoo) to follow conservation
theme.
Jan 2005 – June 2006
Easyodds Limited Commercial Marketing

Easyodds.com is a sports betting and e-gaming company with a range of online
3. products. Leading a team of 11 across three departments, I was responsible for all
marketing budgets, content creation (editorial and video), internal and external
presentations and brokering commercial alliances. Importantly, I also provided a
seamless link between IT and Commercial teams.
Working with external agencies and in-house resources, the customer journey was
enhanced, other marked changes made (registration, additional tools, etc) and above all,
the introduction of a vast array of sponsorship and advertising opportunities to raise
incremental revenues.
This was a reactive and visionary marketing, sales and brand building process,
combining both operational and marketing skills to introduce immediate business whilst
defining strategies for long-term growth and International roll-out.

The Jim Henson Company Int’l Brands Marketing Director
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing in Los Angeles, my role was to
conceive and establish a UK-based, International Marketing Department, responsible for
relaying the Global strategy and implementing and controlling territory-specific
activities for both our existing and new television and movie brands. This involved
creating and managing a networkof 11 agencies across the globe, responsible for Sales &
Marketing, licensing and PR.
Throughout my time in the position, I dramatically increased both revenues and
awareness for their portfolio and became an integral part of the management team.

Kidsevents Limited Marketing Director
Kidsevents.co.uk offered a comprehensive online guide to family entertainment and
travel across the UK. Specifically concentrating on local activities, the site drew in
information from each county and offered a range of search facilities for site visitors.
