WEBSITE PROPOSAL
Final Draft (A device repair website)
Introduction
I’m a website application developer under the name of Tarun Yetrintala who is pleased to submit this proposal for
assisting my support to my client’s repair company known as iFix inc. This small business is passionate in what they
do that cares about people and their technology. They offer anyone who need an electronic repair on almost any
device. iFix provides services such as screen crack repairs, water damage repairs, charging-port damage repairs,
camera repairs, or any software/hardware damage repairs. They’ve got specialized technicians that can do your
repair correct and efficiently, saving your data, and saving you hundreds of dollars in the process. Accorporating a
website into their business would achieve their goal of expanding their marketing and providing their services through
the web.
I have partnered and worked with many small businesses throughout the world — my specialty is to put my
commitment in improving my customer experience through convenience, accurate planning, time efficiency,
guidance, and growth. With any serious inquires please reach out to me via email tarunyetrintala@hotmail.com.
The Problem
The owners of iFix have recently started up a repair business to fix any type of device and were in seek of a website
to gain more opportunities for their new business. Unfortunately, they have started up their business before Covid-19
and had to temporarily close their stores till the government advised them too re-open. Later on, with the right
precautions, they were capable to operate both of their locations in New York, but like any other small business, iFix
inc. were really at their lowest point during the pandemic. For the first couple of weeks of Covid-19 they gained no
profit, sales, customers, and had trouble paying for costs. When they did open back up again, they still faced with
problems such as lack of employees, reaching out to customers to expand their business, getting resources, meeting
financial goals at each period, and paying for monthly bills.
The website offered iFix a bounce back from the Pandemic and increased their chances to solve their issues, gain
leads, and finally grow and make their presence known to the community.
The Solution
The SEO-optimized website displays important information about the company such as its locations, hours, contact
info, social media accounts, objectives, guarantees, reviews, and history. The website provides webpages of all the
devices they can repair in nominal categories. This allows the customers to click on the device they want to repair
which then shows some information such as a list of different reasons on why your device needs a fix, generates an
estimated time of how long it will take to fix your device depending on the damage, and the range of prices for the
repair. I believe many businesses took advantage of the internet during Covid-19 to help their business stay stable.
So, I have added this cool feature called “Repair Now”, where the customer can mail in their broken device to get
fixed or schedule an appointment for a staff member to come pick up the device only if the customer’s residence is
within 10 miles of the store. I have also added some small features like tracking your repair and the ability for people
to apply to your store through the website.
The Objective
Improve on customer desires and response time
Increase reputation
Digital Marketing
The Opportunity
Save time
Hire qualified employees
Generate more sales and customers

My Process
Will take a couple of weeks at a minimum from start to launch. This includes time to brainstorm with my clients and
understanding how I can help my client, scope definition, sitemap, and wireframe creation, developing CSS files,
content creation, visual elements/ designs, upload images/logos to the server, enforce discovery, initial
developments, modifications, and testing to the website. Web hosting is an important element in the process because
it will allow anyone who has access to the internet to have access to the website, and the web host will end up being
provided by the school.
