Usability will be tested initially by a small number of customers in a small geographic area such as Tasmania. Customer focus is of paramount concern as they are the main users and stakeholders for this project. Service providers will ensure that there service is being delivered efficiently and all related hardware(and software) is functioning to specification. Communication will be mostly initiated by project manager as frequently as possible to ensure an in depth understanding of requirements. They can act as mystery shoppers .Competitors can also choose to integrate their services to gain profits, this can occur at any stage of the production process. Meetings containing relevant project managers will happen before and after a keep milestone is achieved to discuss the outcomes and outputs of the milestone.
