Mathew Kumpalamthanam is a Senior Technology Analyst with ZS based out of Pune office. At ZS Mathew is a primary SME within Veeva,
Javelin and Integration Practice Areas where he brings detailed experience in alignment, javelin and data integration with CRM and other
client systems. Mathew has around 5 years of hands on experience working with clients across Life Sciences on Data Integration, Multi-
country alignment based solution, integrated sales process solution and data warehousing. He has worked with clients across globe with
primary focus on US and EU markets.
Mathew has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology. He has been trained on Dell
Boomi, UNIX, Databases and Big Data applications which he has used effectively on his client projects. In ZS he is a part of Architectural
Review Board which is responsible for solution and architecture reviews for all Javelin based solutions. He is a certified Dell Boomi
developer.
Project Experiences:
• SME for Veeva CRM to DWH Integration for US Pharma Client : Guided and helped the team implement an automated system
integrating the Veeva CRM with the Oracle Data warehouse solution by ZS. The solution helped streamlining the operations for
the client
• Lead for Technology and Solution Designer : Lead and implemented the integrated solution for a Pharma client across multi-
country field forces. The implementation was rolled out to 35+ countries globally which involved 2 applications from Javelin suite
tightly integrated with Veeva CRM in a nightly batch fashion. A few of the key challenges that we tackled with this project is related
to scalability and integration processes. The integration processes had to be designed such a way that we account the different
integration windows for various countries across CRM and Javelin tools
• Delivery Lead and Solution Architect : For a Pharma client’s Italy franchise, we implemented an integrated system between
CRM and Javelin applications. The integrated solution stream lined the ongoing operations and the field reps were delighted with
the turn around time for a change being reduced to a day compared to the earlier situation where it was in lines of a few weeks.
• Solution Architect & Technology Lead : For US based Pharma client, we have developed an integrated system between the
client system and ZS build ETL engine which improved the efficiency of the field force. The implementation saw relevant and
meaningful data provided for the field force compared to earlier situation.
