Management/Supervision
Manage the Facilities Department reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer overseeing 1 direct
report supervisor, a cleaning staff of 8, 2 night monitoring staff, and 1 company courier; managed a
facilities budget in excess of $500,000.
Designated Corporate Physical Security Officer overseeing the Security of the Bank to ensure the safety
and security of Bank assets, employees and customers including security monitoring and notification
systems (i.e. premises alarm and CCTV) and training and testing of the Bank’s business resumption and
disaster recovery program.
Direct operations of institution-owned premises and building programs including general maintenance of
the financial institution, mechanical maintenance and upgrades, cleaning services, routine building
maintenance, service contracts and supplies. Work with landlords, contractors, outside vendors for all
bank facilities renovations and maintenance.
Acted as project manager for the Bank in the Construction of an 8-story, 25,000 Sq. ft. commercial building

Engage third party vendors to maintain, upgrade and renovate.
Designated Procurement Manager purchasing goods and services for the Bank with strict adherence to all
policies and procedures. Average annual expenditure of $500,000.
Oversee all real estate activities and transactions including site analysis, acquisitions and leases and
branch closings. Negotiated lease extensions reducing the percentage of annual increases while still
keeping the monthly rate under market.
Work with the Marketing Department to source vendors for advertisements, brochures, and promotional
products in order to advertise Bank products and services.
Prepare and issue Requests for Proposal, obtain and analyze quotes and negotiate pricing for contractor
work obtaining the best pricing while still getting quality service.
Administer the vendor management program.

Manage and maintain all financial institution properties, vendor services and related functions for 12

Maintain and enhance the business resumption and disaster recovery of physical premises including
