Affairs (VA) as a training facility for veterans and other
eligible students.
The Veterans & Military Affairs Office currently coordinates
services for more than 110 veterans who are attending classes
and receiving veteran’s education benefits

problems; veterans work-study job information; and
important information about resources are available to them
at the college.

Determine which benefit is best for you: Use the GI Bill® Road
Map for Success or call the VA at 1-888-GIBILL-1 (1-888-
442-4551).
Apply for your Veterans Education Benefits through the VA by
using the Veterans Online Application.
Submit a copy of DD-214 (Member Copy 4), or if drilling
with the Reserve or Guard, submit a copy of Notice of Basic
Eligibility (Form: DD-2384) from Reserve or Guard Unit
Officer.
Submit a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility letter, copy of
your current Concise Class Schedule and a
completed SUNY Broome Veterans Educational Benefits
