“HIS”, “Hotel Investment Services, Inc.”. Traditionally owned by “Hilton”. Opened in
June of 2004.
Completed Hilton Orientation two course training, including IPAD Program.
Individually responsible for entire bar operations from open to close. Provided
bartending hospitality services for “fine dining”, “weddings”,” business functions”
and “local regulars”. This included knowledge of “fine wines”,” beer”, “liquors”, and
“mixology talents” as requested. Fine dining being an attraction at our hotel has
given me another quality of skills to offer such as “serving guests cuisine and
accompanying their needs for a wonderful dining experience”, “room service,” and

of 1996 from organization to regulations to production. Market crash in October of
2006 diminished production, which declined profits, to relinquish lending licensure
in in September 2010. Michigan “Real Estate Broker License” is still active for
