A computer is a device
that stores, retrieve and
process data. It is also
used in typing document
and storing information,
and monitoring booking
and reservations of guest.
PRINTER
A machine for printing
text and pictures onto
paper.
CASH REGISTER
An electronic device for
registering and
computing transaction
which is usually attached
to a drawer for storing
cash.
CASH BOX DRAWER
A cash drawer that is
connected to a receipt
printer and is triggered
to open automatically
when a cash sale is
finished.
BILLS DETECTOR
A machine that detects
the security features of
bank notes in order to
determine whether any
given bills is fake or
genuine.
CARD VERIFIER
An electronic equipment
used to validate and
process card payment.
CREDIT CARD
IMPRINTER
An equipment used to
copy and print credit
card information of the
guest.
KEY RACK
Used to store guestroom
keys. These are often
place in front desk
drawers to ensure the
safety and security of
guests.
KEY HOLDER
Used to hold and identify
the key room assigned.
GUEST FOLIO RACK
An equipment that stores
guest folios which are
arranged by guest room
numbers.
TELEPHONE
An equipment to place
and accept bookings
through voice call.

A log/records of important
events in the management
and hotel operational
services. It is a daily
information about the
journey, daily private
personal events, and personal
information of guests.
ROOM KEY
A key given to the hotel
guest in order to open or
lock the door of their room
VING CARD
Is an electronic device use as
a hotel locking system for
safety and energy
management.
REGISTRATION FORM
This is used by hotels and
resorts in order to keep all
the information of their
visitors.
GUEST FOLIO
Guest folio is considered as
the master bill in the hotel
which is also known as Guest
Account Card. A guest folio
contains all transactions of
both cash and credit
occurred by each resident
guest.
