documents go to production
• Verify and match WAWF Receiving Reports information with WAWF Invoice Reports before

Scanning/Indexing
• Assess projects and perform scanning of documents, drawings and microfilms involving small and
large format scanners, microfiche and microfilm scanners, and aperture card scanner for digital
archiving and printing
• Responsible for the conversion of aperture cards/microfilmed drawings and documents of
various sizes to digital format (Tiff, Cal, PDF, or other formats as required)
• Perform detailed quality assurance on all data information and scanned images
• Prepare digital images and corresponding index database in Microsoft Excel format or any other
formats based on specific client requirements
Mail Room/Print Room/Inventory
• Keep track of requests for archival and retrieval of files and boxes at Iron Mountain, as well as,
requisition of supplies.
• Keep track of Work Orders, Receiving Invoice Vouchers and Travel Receipts scanned items for
fast-track search and retrieval
• Perform inventory of Print Room supplies
• Keep track of Monthly billings and Meter Readings report
• Perform as back-up in the mailroom (mail sorting, screening and distribution of mails)
• Provide support to other departments that maybe assigned from time to time
