2. MFP's will give you the ability to print,
scan, and copy necessary documents.
Here's a little introduction so you'll
be able to use them with ease and
confidence.
The handy dandy machine in the far
back left corner of the printing room
next to Nirav's office is where you shall
be doing all of your MFP necessities.
To print is very straightforward. On your
desktop, you go to File and click Print (or
just hit Ctrl + P).
3. The correct printer, Lexmark_925 on
WSE2012, will automatically be selected
and have a little green circle with a check
mark by it. Designate the number of
copies you want, if you want them printed
doublesided, and click Print.
Your document will deposit out of
the middle opening, above the
Lexmark logo.
Scanning and copying involves physically
using the Lexmark device itself, and both
involve the little screen and button pad
on the front.

4. You will then be taken to a screen that
will allow you to adjust the size, darkness,
sides, etc. of your copies. Insert the
page(s) you want copied into the slot on
top of the machine.
To copy, tap the icon of two red-
rimmed sheets which conveniently
says Copy right over the top.
5. Sit back and watch the magic.
As for scanning, tap the WSScan
button in the lower right corner of
the main screen.
This will take you to the scan menu,
where you select the location you want
your scan sent to. Lift the panel above
the screen to reveal the scanner, and
place your documents facedown.
Then simply press the
green Copy It button back
on the screen.
6. Hit the green Start Scan button.
Let the magic begin.
Some other useful information is that if
the paper ever needs to be refilled, the
trays are located on the bottom front of
the machine.
7. Also, the large gray bin beside the Lexmark is designated for recycling.
Simply put the papers you no longer need through the slot in the top. Voila. You
just helped save the planet.
And there you have it! Pretty straightforward and easy to manage. If you have
any questions, don’t hesitate to ask! We won’t judge. :)
