2. Mixed-Use Development
The open, pedestrian-oriented development replaces and reinvigorates the old Granite Run Mall with a new Main
Street design. Two stick-frame wrapper buildings hold residential units and internal parking creating a vibrant,
mixed-use community.

3. Redevelopment
Hunt Valley Towne Centre

Redevelopment of a failed mall site into a lifestyle center began by demolishing the center section of an
existing structure while maintaining a dramatic grade change and major east and west anchors.The two-
story buildings with outdoor retail centered on a landscaped inner courtyard are scaled and planned
around the pedestrian to enhance the walkability of the project.The project was constructed mainly with
tilt-up concrete panels.
