design and construction in FY ‘19 and ‘20

3. IMPROVEMENTS
• DRAINAGE – between fields 1-6 along Harvey
side of park
• ACCESSIBILITY – to fields currently non-
compliant, including heavy pedestrian areas
along roadway
• ROUNDABOUTS – installed early 2000s; asphalt
is failing due to high traffic volume, concrete
replacement
• RESTROOMS – along Harvey side of park
