Botillo del Bierzo is a traditional meat product from Castilla y Leon made by chopping different cuts of pork together with salt, paprika, garlic and other seasonings. This mixture is stuffed into the stomach of a pig, smoked, and cured. Marmitako is a Basque stew originally prepared by fishermen at sea using tuna and tomatoes that can be eaten warm or at room temperature, especially in the summer months.
