About Us
The Regis Company is a talent development consulting firm whose
mission is to create great thinkers and leaders through understanding,
changing, and analyzing mental models. We think words like “teach,”
“train,” and “learn” are no longer relevant in a VUCA world compared with
“create” and “innovate” and “become.”
Creating great thinkers and leaders requires blended learning experiences
that incorporate:
 New types of simulations hosted in the cloud that challenge people to
think differently about their role as a leader
 New types of assessments that measure changes in thinking, behavior,
and business impact
 New types of data and insights on human performance and analytics tools to empower
your organization
Our Approach
Every program we create is based on a Human-Centered Design with the single purpose of
helping people surface flawed mental models and develop more productive ways of thinking.
To accomplish this, we leverage Design Thinking and guide stakeholders and target
audiences through a series of exercises that stimulate divergent ideas, promote objective
dialogue, and encourage group convergence on a shared solution vision.
Our Team
Our team of more than 80 professionals is comprised of knowledgeable, experienced experts
in instructional design, cognitive neuroscience, analytics, logistics, business strategy,
leadership, and facilitation. Each of us is eager to get to know each client’s needs inside and
out–right down to the acronyms, strategy, and culture. We are deeply committed to solving
each client’s challenges, even if that means voicing opinions contrary to conventional wisdom.
In other words, we ask a lot of questions to find and create pathways to fast, positive, and
permanent change.
