  2. Strategy - creating and communicating a clear and compelling vision for health and health services in our area. Execution - formulating and implementing plans that take us towards our strategic goals Culture - creating an organisational culture in which the public have a voice and their satisfaction is our major concern. Structure – evolving a structure which is focused beyond the PCT and flexible. Innovation – enabling systems and processes in which innovation and responsible risk taking are encouraged.
