Gate all airline schedules for the Atlanta International airport to ensure all “Common
Use” gates are approved for correct usage – resulting in high levels of efficiency and
reliability.
Coordinated the testing of all ARIS system enhancements to ensure technology and
operational plan will operate prior to installation in airline operations control tower.
Training of all station personnel to ensure compliance on all ARIS systems –
including ARIS/GM, ARIS/SP, ARIS/SB, ARIS/SL, ARIS/CI and specializing in
Resource Editor: KE rules set up.
Review and approve all airline schedule structure changes to ensure new schedules can
be gated – working with ARIS and Aerobahn surface management system (SMS) to
improve airport productivity.
Manage the activities of all TBI and DOA positions on two major concourses at the
world’s busiest airport.
Designed the airport emergency aircraft operational plan in conjunction with the
Atlanta Airport and CDC for the H1N1 virus threat.

Delta Air Lines, Inc. 1996 - 2006
Designed and approved all operational gate plans for proposed schedules in hub major
cities – including CVG ATL MCO BOS LGA JFK DFW SLC LAX. Trained all
personnel on ARIS (GateKeeper) system products throughout the Delta system.
Thought of a new the gate plan for Delta’s Operation Clockwork – the largest network
and operational redesign in aviation history – resulting efficiency created the
equivalent of 15 new gates for growth without any additional capital investment.
Managed the testing of all ARIS system enhancements to ensure technology and
operational plan will operate prior to installation in airline operations control tower.
Provided system support and training for ARIS/GM, ARIS/SP, ARIS/SB, ARIS/SL,
ARIS/CI and specializing in Resource Editor: KE rules set up.
Developed and forecasted growth at the ATL Hub for the next 15 years to determine
the optimum requirements for ATL’s new 5th
runway and terminal additions.
Created aircraft parking plan scenarios to assist Properties and Facilities with new gate
planning and acquisition forecasts – key tool used was the ARIS system.
Coordinated with the TAM system in the BOS, LGA, JFK and ATL hubs to reduce
airspace congestion issues resulting from inefficient scheduling planning.
MANAGER OPERATIONS
Delta Air Lines, Inc. 1981 - 1996
ATL Ramp Tower – Coordinated all aircraft ground movements for the ATL station to
ensure a safe operation – resulting in one of Delta’s highest operational on-time
ratings in the DOT Statistics.
Ramp Operations – Managed all the personnel required to depart aircraft safely and on-
time including baggage driver, delivery, connection transfers, aircraft pushback and load
Planning.
