1. It is the perfect revenge. One day you will hear my song and you will like it. You may
not like me since I am being such a Nazi except you will like my song. As my song hits
the airways as well as the world wide web consortium my name will be nowhere on it
though you will love the performer with a passion. This is to address whom would truly
be deserving talent, deserving artists, high quality productions and news feeds, as well
as their audiences.
Within the bounds of the Five Mediums of Mercury and the One Musical Medium
otherwise known as the Five Corporations Whom Own the Media and Sony Music it has
been brought to our attention that our markets are being misrepresented far more that
we realized. While Time Warner is to be commended for a wide diversity of high quality
shows the ongoing burden of excessive commercial breaks every ten minutes is at this
time being brought under the scrutiny of very serious consideration. Likewise the
massive character assassinations throughout the affiliates of Viacom have also come
under our scrutiny. This would be with regards to youthful impressionable individuals
being allowed to humiliate themselves. As time goes on their erratic behavior on
national television impairs them career wise.
That would be one class action we are prepared to address. The other would be what
was described as psycho social chemical ware fare, the media strongly encouraging self
injurious drug use. Examples cited include though are not limited to the Who concerts
in which numerous individuals were stampeded to death, the mass hysteria which the
Beatles incited, and the young teen the mid eighties whom was found dead next to a
stereo which played the song Suicide Solution performed by Ozzie Osbourne. To let
everyone know aversive influence in the media will never completely go way. We are
working hard to balance aversive influence with positive influences promising of wide
spread public appeal.
With regards to the cultural wind tunnel at Sony Music, Sony is agreeable to handing
their music label mergers over to more culturally competent organization. It makes
sense why the music scene today is such a desolate cultural wind tunnel. Sony is known
for its' gadgets and not its' music. The music scene is in fact about to become truly a
cohesive network of thriving cultures.
