1. A Public Apology From the California
Department of Developmental Services

and Public Servant
Dear Consumers, Concerned Citizens, as Well as Team
Players,
In opening this is to offer the deepest of reassurance to all whom receive services
from the Department of Developmental Services that your pressing concerns will be
addressed. As the head of this organization I will extend my deepest of apologies for any
undue hardships our organization may have caused you though with regards to the
"existing hypocrisy" I've inherited it.
It has been brought to our attention that very possibly the populace we serve has been
misrepresented far worse than we realized. Likewise to the attention of anyone whom is
not reaching their goals or living their dream we are prepared to coordinate your
technical support. Once again the Department of Developmental Services extends it
deepest apologies for alienating you.
A sobering word of advice to the attention of the professionals whom serve special
populations, this is a very good page in history to give recognition to the achievements
on the part of consumers. There is a growing consensus amongst consumers,
conservators, as well as concerned citizens that only one in four psych techs are actually
committed to their work with an actual vested interest in the integrity of those they
serve. Those whom are actually committed to their work whom know who they are can
actually get used to working at four times the ratio for a while. There is a storm coming,
a big one, the perfect storm of audits. The advisory to all team players is that you do
have a legal obligation to the life quality outcome of the consumers under your coach
and council.
Once again to those whom feel that they are living under the DSM V siege or that your
staff are getting a free ride at your expense the Department of Developmental Services is
here to address your concerns.
Very Truly Yours,
