Mark Crops, Communications Director of SAMHSA, issues a public apology for the organization's deficiencies and undue hardships caused to those they serve. The apology references "cannabis can I's" and "velvet dogs" who were negatively impacted, as well as extreme neglect of those living on the street. SAMHSA acknowledges they are working diligently to correct deficiencies and establish greater safety in response to concerns and a potential class action lawsuit expected in 2017.

If Bill Wilson was back on the planet in his next life and he was a cannabis patient he
would immediately refer to his tenth step and continue to take inventory and whenever
he may be wrong he would promptly admit it. The way one green and clean individual at
the end of a closed AA meeting described was, "If I ever get up a resentment and feel like
throwing them through the window all I have to do is volunteer my marijuana story and
they're going through the window five at a time. He had not had a drink for twenty two
years and throughout that time had been using marijuana medicinally to manage his
anxiety without going through the window. It is well documented that the previous
generation related to marijuana as a window drug.
In the unedited version the drunken dried donkeys and the cannabis can I's would be
sister populations, practically identical in nature. They would be identical in nature in
that when they satay within the bounds of their support system they doreally. When
they step outside of that support system it would their resilience which makes or breaks
them. With regards to these two striving yet very sensitive populations people, places,
and things is a very big variable.
The main question is whether or not you get to go home tonight. The executive
director of the five corporations whom own the media will elaborate with regards to
malleability which would be with regards to the values embedded throughout the
cultural fabrics our striving yet sensitive populations must navigate. Even if you are
green and clean you still need to keep your relapse prevention in order.

deepest of apologies for any undue hardships amongst those we serve. Likewise our
deepest of apologies to any velvet dogs whom would be normies dragged inadvertently
into our beaurocracy. We've also be clearly advised with regards to the extreme neglect
of a great many amongst our population living on the street. Everyone impacted can be
reassured that the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration is working
diligently to correct these extreme deficiencies. The massive class action likely to hit us
really hard is likely to hit us really hard around the 2017 time frame has been brought to
our attention.
People may like to know that though they've been dethroned in the short term on
account that they've become too powerful for their own good the blue dogs do have a
great deal of saved lives to their name. The blue dogs haven't been dethroned

2. Administration is well aware that the velvet dog revolution has started and is well under
way.
The way it was described to us was, "Suffering is like a black hole. Anything which
gets too close to it can never get out" The point is well taken that in this page in history it
is not appropriate that the oldest kids on the block, the manifestation of the Oxford
Group to rule the roost. Once again the Substance Abuse has an open door policy. We
are open twenty four seven to address all concerns on the part of recipients and
concerned citizens. We are working diligently to cultivate far greater safety parameters.
