#1) I purchased this for a friend that lost her beautiful girl suddenly. She was so thankful
and it was so beautiful when she received it. Unfortunately, the finish has not lasted and it
is starting to peel and she has only had it for two months.
#For improvement:
#1) To prevent paint from peeling, is to remind the supplier to be strict with their finishing
operations, they have to make it sure that their finishers are doing the standard painting
procedures, such as before painting, remove all loose peeling paint down to bare metal,
clean the exposed metal of any contaminants, such as dirt, oil and treat them with an
etching liquid, rinse the surface with clean water, apply galvanized metal primer and
repaint with a high quality paint.

16. Negative Reviews:
#2) Let me first say the windchimes are actually beautiful, very sturdy and it’s
going to be a great gift to a friend that lost her son. But the damn box that is
supposed to come in what is in pieces and crushed. So now I have to go out to a
store and find a new rocks to put this in. It would’ve been nice if everything came
intact.
For improvement:
#2) I suggest a bit stronger box, like corrugated box, that can
withstand shipping damage.

#3) Buyer beware. The chimes seem nice however when they say a card is included it is not
a traditional card. It's more of a postcard. I might not have bought it if I didn't realize it
was a regular card that would open up like you would expect. It's a flat piece of cardboard
with writing on one side and blank on the other. They could at least include a traditional
card.
For improvement:
• #3) We can request the supplier for customization, improve the paper quality, it can be
made of linen textured paper, embossed that will look sophisticated. It May come in
various shapes and more caring sympathy messages, think of more heartfelt condolences
that will offer hope, comfort and healing to someone grieving the loss of a loved one,
lighten their load show sentiment through the wind chime whispers from heaven message,
such as ”When tomorrow starts without me, don’t think we are far apart. For every time you
think of me, I’m right here in your heart.”
