 A continuous effort by the management

organization to ensure long term
customer loyalty and customer
satisfaction.
 Total quality management ensures that
every single employee is working
towards the improvement of work
culture, processes, services, systems
and so on to ensure long term success.

4. Six Sigma
 It is a way to improve the quality of the output
of a process by identifying and removing the
causes of defects and minimizing variability in
manufacturing and business processes.
 It helps in improving the overall processes and
systems by identifying and eventually removing
the hurdles which might stop the organization
to reach the levels of perfection.
