• Jean was referred by a friend because she wants to
try lashes for the first time
• She would like to easily be able
to see what the lashes look like and
get an idea for the options
• She is not completely sure how they work so she
feels she needs to better her understanding
of what to expect and how much she may
be paying
• Being her first time in she needs to check the
address and contact info several times
• Ashley found the salon after looking through
the
internet. She has not liked the salons she has
looked at before. She is hoping to get a clear
picture of what to expect
