Entrance concept
Residential façade with a touch of Biophilia elements
such lots of greenery and natural finishes.

Reception desk
Sculptural, minimalist and sophisticated design. Besides
a raditional reception desk, this could be a self check-in
station or a concierge welcom table with craft beverages
for example.

Refuge zone
Space for lounging, meeting or decompressing. This is
the living room. Think of of comfortable seating, with
filtered natural light and lots of plants - an oasis.

Feature stairs to mezzanine
Besides the elevator, guests will have 2 feature staircases.
The one in the Lobby connects to a lounge mezzanine
with Grab & Go Market and seating (see next slide).

Vertical garden
The idea is to have the gardens cover a feature wall
where we have 2 or 3-storey high opening.
Additionally, in the core patio it will also act as a privacy
screen for windows at the Twin-Twin guestrooms.

Instagrammable moments
Cool hanging wicker chairs or swings with local
vegetation in the background makes for an awesome
location for your outfit of the day post, right?
