with the career site or the application. To optimize
the number of applicants they receive, dealerships
are putting time and resources into improving the
candidate experience during the application
process. Hireology creates a customized careers
page that will automatically update every time you
open a new position. From your job posting,
candidates will be directed here, so they can
apply quickly.
Mission Control Page
Mission Control appears when you login and
provides an overview of the current recruiting
and hiring landscape at your dealership. Here,
you will see how many open jobs you have, how
many candidates you have, how many hires you
have made, upcoming interviews and more.
Users will have their own dashboards. The
dashboard allows for visibility into the recruiting
and hiring process that, until now, most
dealerships have been without.

Along with your Dedicated Talent Coach, Hireology
supplies your dealership will all of the tools and
industry best practices to find candidates in an
efficient and cost effective manner.

After a candidate applies to a position, they will
receive an automatic thank you note and a
Customized Pre-Screen Survey.
Hireology creates up to three, customized
interview templates for your managers to run
consistent, effective and legally compliant
interviews. The Behavioral Interview guides keep
your interviews consistent and allow your hiring
managers to have all the knowledge of a trained
HR professional at their fingertips. Interview scoring
is weighted based on core competencies you assign
for each position. Once an interview is scored,
our Compass of Success assesses whether the
candidate is a low, moderate or high risk hire for that
particular job.
The survey will give the hiring manager a score
based on that candidate’s likely fit for the role and
show which questions the candidate answered
incorrectly.
