project. Managed the construction of 4 new operations centers (London, Paris, Frankfurt, and Milan - each ~
50,000 ft2) to support Euro trading operations.
 Successfully converted the firm’s accounting system to PeopleSoft, reducing annual operating costs by 30%
and improving financial reporting capability. Project was done using SDLC (waterfall) methodology. Total
project cost - $2.3M and achieved a ROI in less than 3 years
