1. Baseball.
First a warm up should serve to preparate the muscles
before a high level of physical exertion.
A good baseball warm up must consist in of three parts
before the real game or the big high physical effort exertion.
The first part of the warm up is to run around the track
for to activeate the muscles of the legs. When we are
running we must do articleular movements, especially the
arm muscles on the arms because we need to catch the
ball or we need to hit the ball with the bat.
After running and doing the articleular movements we
stretch the muscles, with this we avoid to have lesions. We
have to stretch all the body but especially the arm and leg
muscles of arms and legs like quadriceps, biceps, triceps
etc.
The last part of the warm up is to play an easy game,
because the body needs to be accustomed to the game and
with this we enter more or less into the dynamic game.
If we did good the warm up well, we are ready to play
a baseball game and avoid lesions.
