Effects of drugs abuse
• Chemical messengers in brain are called
neurotransmitter. These neurotransmitter are
naturally produced in brain.
• Drugs such as heroin and marijuana are
structured in the same way as chemical
messenger.
• As a result of these similarity the drugs fool the
receptors of human brains and activates the
nerve cells in such a way that they send
abnormal messages.
• Drugs like cocaine and methamphetamine
releases extraordinary volumes of
neurotransmitter.
Treatment

Decreasing slowly the content of drugs
provider is the only way.
Providing other medically approved drugs
for cessation of prime drugs .
Awareness.
Prevention

people from drugs abuse.
There are certain things that each one us should
remember to prevent drug addiction.
1. Deals with life pressures.
2. Don’t give into peer pressures.
3. Develop close family ties.
4. Develop healthy habits.

propagate against the habit of drug-taking.
Conclusion

of drugs abuse ,they would avoid drugs abuse at the
first instance.
Hence, drug abuse preventive
programmes, If implemented effectively at schools
and colleges ,can become the most successful
method to reduce it.
