Confidently Training
1. Confidently Training
The Confidently Training will occur in three different phases.
I. Phase I will be self-assessment for each staff. In this phase, a self-assessment will be
administered to each staff member in the attempt to gather what information
regarding confidentially each staff currently has.
II. A. Phase II will involve peer teams with staff members that scored higher on self-
assessments paired with staff that scored lower for purposes of training as well as,
both staff members learning more information regarding confidentially. These teams
will undergo two day of a training forum regarding confidentially and HIPPA laws
B. A post assessment will be administered to all staff after they have attended the
HIPPA /Confidentially forum
C. Post assessments will have a passing score that staff must obtain in order for
continued employment with organization.
III. Phase III will involve a process of continuous teaching by administrators and learning
for staff. Staff will have to complete three continued education courses regarding
HIPPA and Confidentiality and pass post assessments.
