3. The First stage in product life cycle is the Research and
Development . It is the pre-product launch stage.
In the second stage we have Introduction Stage where the product
is newly introduced.
The Third stage we have the Growth Stage where the product is
finally accepted by the customers in the market. Also the demand of
then product starts increasing.
Next is the Maturity Stage where the growth of the product is
stabilized and cost competition is high.
The last stage is the Decline Stage where the profitability and sales
of the product declines.
