ECLEE is an independent education institution specialized in curriculum innovation and workforce development. It designs programs to meet learning and training needs in collaboration with organizations in Europe, North America, and Africa. The Leadership Diamond is a combination of tools and methodology developed by ECLEE's Director Dr. Mahamouda Salouhou and Professor Peter Koestenbaum to help individuals refine their character and develop excellence through understanding their consciousness, strengths, and weaknesses.

(ECLEE),$Dr.$Mahamouda$Salouhou$is$a$professor$of$leadership,$cultural$diversity,$and$
interna@onal$business$at$the$University$of$Lille$II$and$SKEMA$Business$School$in$France.$
He$also$serves$as$adjunct$faculty$at$the$University$of$Bilbao$in$Spain$and$Carinthia$
University$of$Applied$Science$in$Austria.$He$is$a$member$of$the$Lean$Advancement$
Ini@a@ve$of$the$MassachuseYs$Ins@tute$of$Technology$(MIT),$where$he$par@cipates$in$
the$Lean$Healthcare$Working$Group.$$
