I, Nicole Dewandre, advisor for societal issues to the Director General of DG CONNECT

Magdalena Skrzypek, with whom I have had the pleasure to work with as stagiaire in the
European Commission from 1st October 2015 to the 29th February 2016.
Magdalena Skrzypek is a highly skilled woman demonstrating multifaceted skills,
competences and abilities.
She is excellent in reaching the objectives set to her in complex environments. She is
very quick in understanding the issues and constraints at stake. She is focused and does
never lose sight of her objectives. She manages to find all relevant information sources
and to mobilise the necessary resources to achieve the objectives set to her, and beyond.
She interacts with colleagues in a constructive and efficient way, bringing a lot of energy
to the tasks she undertakes. She is extremely well organized and has demonstrated a very
wide range of skills such as drafting notes, engaging on conceptual and policy issues,
organising meetings, updating websites.
On top of her clear mind, she has a sound judgement and combines beautifully originality
and reliability.
In a nutshell, Magdalena Skrzypek is a brilliant and most promising young professional
that will be a wonderful asset in a team.
