your organization. I have known Mr. Pizzino since September 2014 as his professor in
“Problem Solving - Decision Making”, “Costs and Decisions”, as well as a the
director of the Master’s programme.
In the several months that I have come to observe and evaluate Mr. Pizzino’s
performance, his resolute desire to understand, reflect on complex situations and
issues, work as efficiently as part of a team as independently, quickly master new
