3. ACTIVITIES:
The Kick-off Meeting for SEE-ME project was carried out on
20.01.2021 via Zoom
The partners were welcomed by Folkuniversitetet presentation of the agenda
and logistics of the steering committee meeting were presented. Each
partner made a presentation of their profile. Background to SEE-ME Project
was examined. Objectives, roles, expected outcomes and project work plan
were discussed. All partners participated the discussions about the
intellectual Outputs of the project;
-Analysis the best practices to examine different approaches to involve
parents and build a relationship.
-School guides: a program for schools to involve parents.
- Empowering parents: a guide to foster a parent-student relationship at
home.
- Student Portfolio: a ‘bridge’ between school and family – a practical
portfolio for students which can be used both at school and at home.
The Catch-Up Meeting for SEE-ME project was carried out on
18.03.2021 via Zoom.
Analysis the best practices to examine different approaches to involve parents
and build a relationship and dissemination strategy were discussed in the
meeting.
Regionalne Centrum Wolontariatu w Kielcach (Poland) presented
Implementation Guidelines for Intellectual Output 1 which aims at
identifying key competences required by children and parents in order to
develop and acquire basic skills which in the future will contribute to
their employability, socio-educational and personal development, as well
as participation in civic and social life.
All project outputs will support the improvement of parents' skills and
qualifications, which helps to increase and improve the involvement of
parents in the development and learning of children.
4. ABOUT THE PARTNERS
Ankara Directorate of National Education (ADNE) is responsible for the planning,
coordination and management of all kinds of educational and training activities from pre-
primary schools to high schools including all kinds of vocational, technical, and
Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools from K12 to adult education in 25 districts of
Ankara. The organization has a range of duties mainly in 7 fields; entitled Management,
Human Resources, Lifelong Learning, Finance, Research and Development, Planning and
Statistics and Data Management, Measuring and Evaluation. All of the tasks of these
departments are carried out by 24 affiliated units.
ADNE is the administrative body with the management of all schools and educational
institutions at different levels. The number of schools in Ankara is 4.434 and 77.170 teachers
are on duty to deal with 1.090.845 students. In addition, 295.458 citizens aged 18-65 are
beneficiary of informal education . ADNE is responsible for the education of refugees and
migrant background students up to 46.000 in Ankara, as well.

Regional Volunteer Center is an independent association which aims to help the people to
understand the idea of volunteering, educate youth about alternative ways of spending spare
time and helping the others.
The Centre focus includes three pillars: Volunteering, Youth Work and International Mobilities.
Work Exchange Office for volunteers is the Centre's main activity. The centre also helps people
to find a place where they can use their skills as volunteers.
The centre prepares courses and workshops for organizations leaders and co-ordinators to
prepare them to engage volunteers into their activities. The centre works with everyone who
wants to become a volunteer. The most of users of our job office are students who are use
volunteering as a practice before the regular job.

IISS “Ettore Majorana” is concerned with an international high school course lasting 4 years, a
5 years high school course and three different courses: an environmental technical course, a
chemical technical course and a medical ones. The school is involved in different innovative
projects regarding new technologies and methodologies such as the use of virtual reality for
learning and teaching. Besides, it is equipped with a full-immersion classroom. The School
has always been committed with huge experimentation based on updated teaching methods

As the coordinator’s being an active partner and having a wide experience in EU projects, a diverse range of partners were
selected according to their experience and skills of working with the specific category of people represented in the target group.
Revalento is a consultancy which offers services on the cross roads of
education and labour market. In its work the core focus is on the talent
management and on effective collaboration of organisations which are
responsible for promotion of specific target groups like unemployed,
immigrants, early school leavers, persons with a handicap, probation services
clients etc. Revalento arranges for expertise at the level of the network, the
organisation as well as the individual. Besides, it offers specific training and
expertise for professionals on career counselling and guidance services related
to specific target groups (newly arrived, women, youngsters at risk, drop outs
