1. the most practical idea (one that could be easily implemented)
 A student job board, where he can get a summer job
2. the most disruptive idea (one that would make a huge impact, regardless of how feasible or
affordable it is)
 Company provide funding for a crazy travel around the world
3. My favorite idea (one idea that I am excited about for whatever reason... )
Create a new kind of ‘scholarships’ (privately of state financeed) to get close to the
disruptive idea in the 2nd point (e.g. ravel around the world , do interesting personal
projects, clieb Mount Everest or whatever). Grad students can kind of pitch their idea like
for a starting up a business. Company than can hire those great talents, and profit from
experiences and marketing visibility of those young people
