Insights  Raj Needs Constant Carrier Mentorship And Coaching so that he gets Constant Feedback To Improve.  Raj Needs Industrial Exposer while Studying so that he gets Real Practical Knowledge while Studying.  Raj Needs Family Support so that he can Sustain Financially & Emotionally.  Raj Needs Exposure For Better Learning Materials And Tools so that he gains Expert Domain Knowledge.

Carrier Mentorship And Coaching (Cluster) Industrial Exposure while Studying (Cluster) Family Support (Cluster) Exposer For Learning Materials And Tools (Cluster) Mentorship program for students from Industries Colleges should have tie up with related industries and allow students to go for Industrial training Based on need Support Financially Access to free Internet Teacher should go for regular related Industrial trainings If possible Industrial training while studying should be must Motivate & Help as required Availability of latest related books in the college library in large quantity Teacher should provide more Practical Knowledge Vs Theoretical Knowledge Colleges should provide a platform where student can work in the related industry Respect & Support his / her decisions Access to related Journals and articles Expert sessions from leaders should be provided Industry should pay stipend during the trainings Follow Situational Leadership theory Enough equipment in lab in working condition Knowledge sharing sessions among students Some percentage of Marks should be allocated for Industrial training Parents should allow Students to Work with NGOs Regular Maintenance of lab equipment Ideation * * Ideas Selected by me – for description see slide # 6,7,8 *

Carrier Mentorship And Coaching Industrial Exposure while Studying Family Support Exposer For Learning Materials And Tools Separate classes for Entrepreneurship studies by Industries’ Experts Bring Innovation and creativity culture by giving exposure to the right environment Allow child to focus on his/ her hobbies Focus on Group learning and e-learning Teacher should act as a Mentor not as a Teacher Student should be rewarded by college for their contribution to the industry Allocate 15-20 % of time for innovation Regular training for Lab Staff College should help students for preparation of Job Interviews – Mock Test / Mock Interviews Regular Visit of students to Science museum, Art gallery to improve creativity skills Encourage child to read motivation Books Open Book System culture Senior Students should mentor junior Students Smart Board in the class room Instead of White Board Empower Students based on Situational Leadership theory Provide Low cost prototype materials so that Students can create Low cost prototype Ideation * * Ideas Selected by me – for description see slide # 6,7,8

Idea – 1 “Mentorship Program”  What ?  Mentorship program for students from Industries  Why ?  Students they do not get big picture of related industry while studying  How ?  Colleges should have tie up with corporates and Industries , so that the leaders of the corporates and Industries can do carrier mentorship for the students.  Leaders can provide constant feedback to the students so that they can improve . Idea – 2” Creativity and Innovation  What ?  Bring Creativity & Innovation culture during study and work  Why ?  Creativity and Innovation culture will bring break-through innovation  How ?  Help Students to convert ideas into Prototype and into Product by Providing necessary Support , low cost prototype materials and good infrastructure  Tie up with NGO(s), Corporate(s) and Government to provide the necessary Support  Bring “Fail Fast and Learn from mistake” culture by providing constant feedback  Allocate 15-20 % of time for innovation  Allow students to spend time to go to Science museum , Art gallery  Encourage Student to think positive.  Send students to innovation meet-up, encourage students to participate and bring Stat-up culture  Promote feedback culture and Plan for uncertainty TheMostDisruptiveIdea
