PUE was high: Problem with long term contracts with SLA’s measured at the
return of the CRAC unit.
Best practice and solutions
 Replacement of older CRAC units
 Trim and upgrade of all CRAC units
• Pressure control

• New 2 way valves
• LAN load sharing
 Building of CACS (cold cubes) in all customer areas
 Reducing chilling areas from 200 sqm to 25 sqm in cold aisle
 Installation of 200 new sensors for monitoring of temperature and humidity

Reaching out to customers
 Best practice, correct installations of equipment, blinds
 New SLA’s for all customers following the ASHRAE standard
 We now run our chilled water entering the site @ 18C and
leaving the site at 24 C
