11. finance
In the current economic climate, leasing has become an integral component in financing office
furniture, fit-outs and refurbishment projects.
Leasing allows our clients to preserve their capital and spread the cost over a period of time.
This helps with the affordability of the project and allows our clients to select the office
environment solution that is right for them. This very often is not the case when they are
constrained by reduced ‘cash’ budgeting.
Through our partner companies, Staverton Office Group, can offer a complete lease finance
package, to meet most corporate requirements (subject to status).
Key benefits include:
• Finance the whole project value
• Significant business tax benefits
• Extremely cost effective compared to using capital
• Retain cash in your organisation for use elsewhere
• Flexible term and payment profiles
• Fixed, low payments for the whole term
• VAT spread over the term
• Upgrade plan available during the term
( Lease finance is subject to status )
