Working to ensure all H & S related training needs are identified and appropriate interventions
taken. Driving quality risk assessments to ensure legal compliance and heightened focus on risk
reduction. Ensure that accidents and near misses are investigated, recorded and reported properly
and identifying and implementing improved practices to reduce/eliminate accidents. I am a strong

Human Resources Role:
Providing advice, guidance and support to managers on Personnel Policies/ procedures.
Responsible for labour management on site; liaising with preferred labour provider and monitoring
achievements of agreed KPI’s, resulting in effective management of labour on site. Carrying out
annual audit of the company’s preferred labour provider to ensure compliance with legislation.
Ensuring full and efficient HR support to managers advising on disciplinary, performance related
issues, sickness absence and recruitment.
Delivery of the Company Induction for all new starters as well as ensuring full compliance that all
employees are able to work in this country. Delivery and/or sourcing relevant training as required..
