Dear Admissions Committee:
For over seven years, Lyle was a part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team as a
Financial Consultant. In this capacity, he was an integral part of many projects including the annual
operating budget, forecasting, capital planning and business case development. I worked with Lyle as
a Lead Consultant at Kaiser Permanente from 2001 to 2006 in tandem on numerous projects.
The talents and skills that Lyle provided to these projects included many elements, which
would make him a successful graduate student and successful contributor to leadership in the health
care field. Those skills include critical analysis of issues, organizing a plan of action, and
implementation to completion on projects. Lyle has shown strong skills in those areas. As a financial
lead, I have worked with Lyle on many successful projects.
I believe Lyle would make an excellent student in the MBA Program because of his
intelligence, inquisitive thought and enthusiasm for finding solutions to problems and issues. Because
of his education and work experience, Lyle would make an excellent addition to your institution and
would add experience and diversity to your student body.
