"Agriculture in Tuvalu is
focused on coconut trees
and growing pulaka in
large pits of composted
soil below the water
table. Tuvaluans are
otherwise involved in
traditional subsistence
agriculture and fishing."

Canoe carving
"Paopao (from the Samoan
language, meaning a small
fishing-canoe made from a single
log), is the traditional single-
outrigger canoe of Tuvalu, of
which the largest could carry four
to six adults."

Large use of coconut, pulaka (native
plant) and fish, seafood, seabird and
pork.
Many times they use coconut milk
instead of animal milk for
desserts! Also they eat bananas,
breadfruits and more

" A traditional sport played in Tuvalu is kilikiti, similar to cricket. It is played
with 2 balls, and each one has 12 centimeters in diameter.
Most common sports such as football, cycling and rugby are also practiced
in the country, as recreational activities."
