 Excellent communication skills in both verbal and IT systems with a key strength in problem

 Strong use Microsoft Office and networking hardware. Regular use of resource management
and internet based telephony systems (Hermes and Skype). Familiar in web based databases
- Windows Server, SQL, Circe and Dropbox.

qualification/policy changes.

 Assessing appeals for parking/bus lane contraventions. Using video/photographic evidence
and also relying on road law and external factors to make individual judgements on cases.
 Building strong cases for and against the appeal. Developing relationships with external

 Liaising with court (NPAS and Traffic Penalty Tribunal) and police to ensure correct
procedures in debt recovery and tax fraud.
 Observing the laws of the road and Civil Enforcement Officers training to promote better
practices.
 Attending independent court hearings to gain experiences of case studies.

 Part-time study of the professional courses described above required self-discipline, time-
management skills and determination. I developed a much broader awareness and
understanding of company systems and functions as a result of study.
 I have a full clean driving licence. Acquired in 2005.
 Regular use of EBay and enjoy the experiences of bidding and policies relating to the selling
of goods.
 Regular use of bicycle for long distance trips for charities.
 I keep fit by regular cycling and attending badminton/football.
