I am self motivated and I always work towards achieving targets within timeline. I overcome challenges on
own initiative and as part of a team. I can lecture at university level. Currently, I manage electronic services
and electronic service delivery channels with potential to manage I.T Projects and I.T supported office
services. In the last five (5) years, I have been maintaining well performing I.T environment for both
production and DR sites for Centenary Bank by performing numerous disaster recovery tests. I am well
placed to guide technology supported business processes.
Career Objective
 To work in development sector with high interest to administer IT systems, credit services and pursue
higher degree in management science or information system technology with concentration in IT services
management and ICT4D.
 Plan and integrate use of ICT facilities and service in business process within corporate organisation.
 Ensure continuous process mapping to improve adherence to information security, agreed system uptime,

 Supervise and appraise Alternative Channels Staff in line with performance agreement and appraisal

 Install, configure and monitor Postilion channel manager, POS terminals, ELMA Switch and SQL
server 2008 R2. Install and configure the e-channel-core banking HostManager/Interface systems.
 Participate in system analysis and requirement validation of new e-channel products.
 Generate daily and monthly transaction reports and facilitate reconciliation, business analysis and
decision making.
 Monitor functionality of ATM server hardware and software and report system failure to vendors
and management.
 Manage service providers/vendors/customer relationship, negotiate cost of service and products,
