on whether we focus on the individual or on people in

attitude is a behaviour a person adopts toward other
people, things, incidents or happenings.
the way a person views something or tends to behave
towards it, often in an evaluative way.
A settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or
something, typically one that is reflected in a person's
behaviour.
