This document provides expressions that can be used to give and respond to suggestions and offers in English. For suggestions, expressions are given to make a suggestion ("Let's..." or "Why don't you..."), accept a suggestion ("Yes, let's" or "It's a good idea"), or decline one ("No, thank you" or "Sorry, I think..."). For offers, expressions are given to make an offer ("Can I help you?" or "Would you like me to..."), accept an offer ("Yes, please" or "Thank you"), or decline one ("It's okay I can do it myself"). As an assignment, students are asked to make a short dialogue using these expressions for suggestions or offers,
