Brand: Audi
Persona: Peter de Vries
Situation: Peter has returned from a business trip and wants to locate his car in the parking lot
Scenario:
Peter has arrived at the airport and takes the shuttle service to the parking lot. After 5 minutes he arrives there and
has to search for his car. He decides to use the Audi-locator app on his Audi phone.
He unlocks the screen by swiping downwards. The phone’s apps appear on the screen. He taps the locator app and
there appears a locating spinner on the screen after ten seconds an arrow is shown pointing the way he should go.
There’s also an number on the screen indicating the distance from Peter to his car.
Peter starts walking. He can’t really follow the arrow because there are a lot of cars in the way, so he switches to an
other screen by tapping the ‘map’ button. He now sees an satillite picture from Google with a pin indicating his car’s
location and a small arrow indicating his own location. He now can see he has to take a left turn because that’s the
best way to get to his car quickly.
