and Standards - Hair
• All hair touching the shoulder needs to be tied back
• If your hair is shorter than shoulder length, it should not f
all into your face when you are looking down. Ifthat is ha
ppening you must use clips or a band to keep your hair
away from your face
• Any hair bands and clips used, must be matching your
hair color
• Only plain hair accessories are allowed (no colors, pictu
res, flowers, stones, etc.)
• If using a hair band, it should not be thicker than 1cm.

Standards - Earrings and Jewellery
• You are allowed only one stud (earring) per ear, no bigge
r than 1,5cm in diameter
• No earrings allowed for male staff
• No necklaces allowed. If you wish to wear a plain religi
ous jewelry it should not be visible.
• You are only allowed to wear a plain watch - no other armba
nds or bracelets
• You are only allowed to wear your wedding ring
• No body piercing allowed (no nose rings/studs, no tong
ue rings included)
• Women are allowed one small piece of elegant jewelry. That c
an be either a cuff, bracelet, ring, necklace or a broche.

- Uniform shirts and trousers
• Only black or dark blue suits can be worn
• Female staff can wear skirts or trousers

• Belts must be black with plain buckle – for staff
• Belts can be used as an accessory, when comes to
managers, as long as they fit the concept and color
scheme of the outlet

Standards – Shoes and Socks
• Only black polishable shoes are allowed
• No trainers, no matter how smart they look
• Women should wear heels, minimum kitten heels
• No bold accessories are allowed
• Only plain black socks are allowed
• All socks must be above the ankle

• You have to be clean shaven every day
